Please note:
Entry to entertainment parks uses electronic or magnetic card technology. Get your card at the CENTRUM BABYLON ticket desk. The authenticity and validity of your ticket will be verified using a barcode reader.
Voucher delivery options:
Personal collection – you can pick up your voucher in person at the concierge’s next to the WELLNESS HOTEL BABYLON reception desk (open daily from 9 am to 7 pm, including Christmas and New Year's Eve). The voucher will be issued against the order and the received invoice, sent to the e-mail address you provided after your payment has been credited to the bank account of CENTRUM BABYLON. We regret to tell you that unless you provide us with proof of payment and proof of identity, you cannot collect your voucher.
Delivery through the Czech Post – vouchers are sent by registered mail to the address provided in your order. We charge an additional postal delivery fee of 60 CZK.
