Undelivered vouchers
If you fail to find your tickets in your e-mail inbox after purchasing them, check your spam / unsolicited messages box. If your tickets are not there, please contact us on marketing@centrumbabylon.cz.
Voucher cancellation
If you wish to cancel your purchased e-ticket and get a refund, please contact us within 14 days of making your purchase on marketing@centrumbabylon.cz – see the terms and conditions.
Please include your order number and the number of the bank account where you want to receive your refund.
“Pursuant to the Act on Registration of Sales, the salesperson is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer. Sales must be registered to the tax authority online; in case of a technical failure this must be done within 48 hours.”
