Each Funpark visitor must abide by the guidelines for visitors issued by CENTRUM BABYLON, on display inside Funpark as well as at the entrance.
By buying a ticket and entering the Funpark premises you agree to the Funpark visit guidelines and become subject to the binding rules they contain.
Upon leaving the Funpark premises, the validity of the admission fee paid and the right to enter therein expire regardless of whether the departure from the Funpark premises occurred during the period of validity of the paid admission fee.
Visitors are also obliged to strictly obey instructions given by attendants, security staff or any other authorised employees of operators of a. s. CENTRUM BABYLON. Children of up to 7 years of age may enter the Funpark premises only when accompanied by an adult older than 18 years of age. Parents, guardians and accompanying persons over 18 years of age are responsible for children within the premises of Funpark. CENTRUM BABYLON, a. s. as an operator is not liable for damage to persons or property within these premises.
Each visitor has an obligation to adhere by the instructions on display in the cloakroom area.
Entry to Funpark is allowed only in socks. No other types of slippers are allowed!
Anti-slip antibacterial socks are available to be purchased at the Funpark ticket desk.
Eating outside of dedicated and designated areas and smoking inside Funpark are strictly prohibited.
Bringing outside food and beverages into the Funpark premises including sweets is not allowed, with the exception of baby and toddler food.
Glass or porcelain containers, sharp objects and visitors’ own toys are not allowed in the Funpark premises. Any exceptions, e.g. for parties, must be agreed upon in advance with attending staff.
If the playroom’s capacity is reached, the operator may stop any more visitors from entering for some time. No claims against the operator may be made with respect to this limitation.
All parts and equipment within Funpark may only be used in compliance with their designated purpose and each visitor is obliged to strictly adhere to directions and instructions provided at each attraction. The operator’s commitment to maintain equipment in operable and safe condition notwithstanding, all play machines and equipment are used at your own risk. Accompanying persons or parents are fully responsible and liable for damage caused by them or their children’s negligence or intent when using any and all equipment and damage caused to other visitors.
Running, pushing or jumping outside of Funpark’s designated areas or any other inconvenience caused to other visitors are prohibited. Each visitor of Funpark is obliged to conduct themselves in such a way so as not to put their own or other visitors’ health at risk or cause any damage to third parties’ or CENTRUM BABYLON’s property. Supervisors of groups must inform staff in attendance about the group they are responsible for.
Persons who are intoxicated or otherwise under the influence of a controlled substance are not allowed entry to the premises. Within the entire Funpark area possessions can be left only in lockers at the changing rooms by the Funpark entrance. Money, jewellery and valuables can only be left in safes also located there. Visitors acknowledge that CENTRUM BABYLON will not be liable for any loss or theft of money, jewellery or valuables left elsewhere than in dedicated safes.
Accidents, injuries or loss of possessions must be immediately reported to a member of staff in charge – either one of the attendants or entrance turnstile workers. The operator is not liable for possessions you put away or the content of pockets and luggage. The operator has the right to order any visitors of the Funpark premises for violating these visitor guidelines or generally binding legal regulations and bar them from re-entering. Such expelled visitors will have no right of reimbursement of the entry fee or any other costs.
The operator reserves the right to restrict the use of or close some and any parts of Funpark due to accidents, emergencies, emergency maintenance or for any other matters of urgency. In such a case visitors will have no right of reimbursement of the entry fee or any other costs.
